360 Bid was formed in August 2020 with a clear vision – to help businesses win more contracts by providing expert advice, high-quality bid professionals and the highest standard of customer service.
360 Bid was founded by Andrew Loughlin CF APMP, a bid professional that knows and understands the struggles that businesses face when considering bidding to either public or private sectors.
Andrew spent eight years working in design and construction (4+4) after graduating with a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from The University of Strathclyde in 2004. As a result, he understands the drivers from being on the operational side of the table.
Since 2012 he has been focused solely on bidding (and winning) working with different organisations, SMEs up to FTSE 100 PLCs, whilst progressing from a Submissions Engineer up to Head of Bids.
Andrew has overseen the delivery of hundreds of successful bid submissions over the last eight years. He knows how to design a scalable and agile process for businesses that have never bid before, or those that need help with their existing bid function.
His approach and reason for founding the business were to bring the personal approach to bidding. Expertise from a trusted friend of your business, hence the mantra “With you for the journey, not just the bid”.
