Bid Mentor & Roadmap

We work with businesses of all size. The Roadmap development projects will vary by the size and experience of your organisation.

For smaller companies with limited experience, the Bid Mentor and Roadmap will focus on the building blocks to get you started – developing systems/process, generating content, identifying opportunities to bid for and then delivering bids with you.

For medium to larger companies with more experience, the Bid Mentor and Roadmap will assess existing systems, identify improvements, and then work with you to implement the development projects to enhance your bid function and support you with expert support for your bid pipeline.

The Bid Mentor and Roadmap approach follows a five-stage framework to ensure you get what you need when you need it and a cost that works for your business.

At the heart of this approach is your Bid Mentor – with them in your corner, you can guarantee that you will save time, wasted effort and ultimately money. Our approach is founded upon open and honest communication. You can pick up the phone at any point to chat with your Bid Mentor.

Bid Mentor packages start at £1,300/Month + VAT and are available in monthly rolling and long term contract terms (6/12 month).

About Us

360 Bid was formed in August 2020 with a clear vision – to help businesses win more contracts by providing expert advice, high-quality bid professionals and the highest standard of customer service.

Origins

360 Bid was founded by Andrew Loughlin CF APMP, a bid professional that knows and understands the struggles that businesses face when considering bidding to either public or private sectors.

Andrew spent eight years working in design and construction (4+4) after graduating with a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from The University of Strathclyde in 2004. As a result, he understands the drivers from being on the operational side of the table.

Since 2012 he has been focused solely on bidding (and winning) working with different organisations, SMEs up to FTSE 100 PLCs, whilst progressing from a Submissions Engineer up to Head of Bids.

Andrew has overseen the delivery of hundreds of successful bid submissions over the last eight years. He knows how to design a scalable and agile process for businesses that have never bid before, or those that need help with their existing bid function.

His approach and reason for founding the business were to bring the personal approach to bidding. Expertise from a trusted friend of your business, hence the mantra “With you for the journey, not just the bid”.
